Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your Tailorford product(s), we’ll make it easy. All skin care products with original invoice can be returned within 30 days of their order for a full refund. Customer will have to pay return shipping. If you would like to initiate a return, please email help@tailorford.com and we will get back to you and let you know the next necessary steps to return your item(s).
